Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SyncBatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

SyncBatch provides a platform to synchronize contact lists from Excel/CSV files to Google Contacts or download them in vCard (VCF) format for mobile devices.

• Personal Flow: Direct device sync for individuals (including optional name prefixing and suffixing for batch or class organization).
• Institutional Flow: Member-wide synchronization through organization-based sync requests.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

SyncBatch operates on a credit-based model.

• Credits: 1 Sync operation = 1 credit. Credits are non-refundable except where outlined in our cancellation and refund policies.
• Payments: All payments are processed via Razorpay. We do not store financial information.
• Plan Limits: Each pack (Personal or Institution) has a maximum contact sync limit (e.g., 10 for free users, up to 300 for enterprise users) and a maximum number of Organization Hubs. Users must choose the correct pack for their needs.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Your purchase of credit packs is governed by our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy. Used credits are strictly non-refundable.

4. Organization & Member Use

Owners of organizations are responsible for invitations sent to members (whether copied as links or dispatched via email). Sync Requests are initiated by the owner and must be explicitly accepted by the member for the sync to occur. If the owner targets only themselves for a broadcast, the system automatically redirects the request to a direct Google Sync under the owner's credentials to optimize performance.

5. Google Account & API Usage

Users grant SyncBatch permission to access the Google People API to facilitate contact creation. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own Google accounts. This includes preventing unauthorized sharing of organization invite tokens. We process API tokens strictly on the backend, using HTTP-Only cookies to protect session access, and enforce strict Content Security Policies (CSP), Trusted Types, and COOP.

6. Security & Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from compromising or attempting to compromise the security of SyncBatch. This includes but is not limited to:

• Attempting to inject malicious code (SQL, NoSQL, HTML, or JavaScript) into any inputs, headers, or file uploads.
• Evading, bypassing, or attempting to reverse-engineer our credit verification and limits architecture.
• Evading or attempting to bypass security verification challenges, including Cloudflare Turnstile protection, on our contact and feedback forms.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to interact with the platform in a way that exhausts server capacity or Google API quotas (quota/DoS abuse).
• Engaging in phishing, unauthorized email dispatch, or using organization invitations to spam external users.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

SyncBatch is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. INOVUS LABS IEDC does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any loss of contacts, data corruption, API token expiry issues, or Google account restrictions resulting from your use of the Google People API via this platform.
